My jorney with Random Loop Yarn!!
Hi there!
In the video, I’d like to show you how I created the original loop yarn!
At first glance, the process looks simple: one straight yarn moves faster than the other, and the faster yarn wraps around the slower one. However, getting it right was far from easy.
I went through countless trials and errors. For example, I had to carefully adjust the tension between the yarns and repeatedly fine-tune their speeds to achieve the perfect timing. There were many moments when I almost gave up—but I was determined to see it through!
By closely observing the yarns’ movements and making detailed adjustments, I finally achieved stable operation. Now, I’m producing this random loop yarn for a client, and I’m confident it will create a truly unique fabric. I’m so excited to start weaving with it!
